C-4 VISA (Short-term Employment) (within 90 days)

o We do not reply to Visa document details inquiry by email or calling. Please note the information below carefully to prepare your visa application documents.

o Visa issuance will be taken up to 14 working days from the submission date when you meet all requirements.

o This VISA is issued as Single Visa (entry) in general.

※ Attention

1) Underage applicants

   a) Applying in person with one or two parents present at the appointment. In this case, one of the parents must put her/his/their signature in Visa Application Form Page 5, AND additionally parental consent must be submitted.

    b) Parent applying for a child. In this case a certificate of family relation must be submitted.

2) Documents have to be prepared in accordance with the visa assessment guidelines

3) We do not accept documents that are past their expiry date (ex. Certificate of tax payment, list of members of the employment insurance, etc.)

4) The Consulate representative, if she/he/they deems it necessary, may omit some document or require additional documents during the visa application assessment (Immigration Act Annex, paragraph 5).

[Standard visa application assessment guidelines]

①  Certificate of business registration(사업자등록증)

②  Certificate of registration as a Popular Culture and Arts Business

③ Certificate of VAT standard (sales tax standard)

④ Certificate of tax payment

⑤ Other documents proving the reliability of the company

   - verification of the model agency’s to manage the invited foreigners, having a department that is in charge of foreigners, address of the department, history of business closing, etc.

   ※ meticulous verification of the company’s management (income, tax payments, type of business registration, etc.), history of business closing, status of stay of the invited foreigners

⑥ Certificate of employment, letter of guarantee, CV, and (for underage applicants) parental/legal guardian consent.

⑦ Advertisement shoot/Fashion show contract (a contract for each advertisement/fashion show)* Summary of the model’s part in the advertisement/fashion show (prepared by the advertiser), Travel/Activity schedule for the time spent in Korea

   *1) contract with an advertiser: advertiser ↔ inviting company, inviting company and the applicant – one copy each (in total 2 copies)

   *2) contract with an advertising agency: advertiser and advertising agency, advertising agency and the inviting company, inviting company and the applicant – one copy each (in total 3 copies)

   ※ details required in the contract: payment method, right and duties of the parties (copyright), signatures and stamps from both parties

⑧ Other documents proving the model’s professionalism

⑨ (if applies) documents proving the model’s activity in Korea and proving the model’s scheduled departure from Korea

[Priority visa application assessment guidelines]

① Certificate of Business Registration, Copy of the corporate register, documents proving CEO’s experience, Certificate of registration as a Popular Culture and Arts Business

② Certificate of VAT standard (sales tax standard) *last year’s financial statements

  * sales of at least 500 million KRW within the last 3 months

③ List of members of the employment insurance issued within last month

※ The employed Korean employee number must be at least 5 (during last 3 months)

④ Certificate of tax payment

⑤ Other documents proving the reliability of the company

o IMPORTANT NOTICE

- Application document must be one-sided print only.

- All the documents should be submitted in English/Korean only. Lithuanian document must need translation and notarization.

- Submitted documents will not be returned.

- Please make sure to plan in advance for the visa application submission for your timely departure. Your flight schedule will not be considered to make your application processing time short.

- In accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Justice, in the event of abusive language (insulting), assault, intimidation/threatening, throwing objects, or exerting undue pressure on the visa receptionist, visa issuance may be restriected for up to 3 years. It also applies to cases that interfere with legitimate visa work, such as solicitation, requests for exceptional permission, and priority review requests.

- In addition, visa issuance may be restricted for up to 3 years if it is confirmed that false information is stated or written in the Visa application process, falses documents are submitted, or it is confirme that the subject documents have been forged or altered.

- Prepare all the documents required for the respective visa type and submit at the embassy (In-person ONLY)

- In '8.4. Address in Korea' section of the application form, you need to provide an accurate and full address including zip code. In order to find the exact address, please refer to the below website. (For example, If you're staying in hotel, not just the hotel name but the full address of the hotel): https://www.juso.go.kr/

- Please note that whether visa will be issued or not, it depends on the result of screening

- Submitting documents at consular reception does not mean your visa is confirmed to be issued.

- Please be aware of the above and be careful not to be disadvantaged when applying for your visa.

※ However, if you meet the conditions below, you can enter without a visa.

- A person who has been granted a re-entry permit or has been exempted from re-entry permit and enters Korea before the expiration of the permit or exemption period

- A person who is a citizen of a country that signed into a visa waiver agreement with the Republic of Korea and is exempted by the agreement

- A person who enters Korea for international goodwill, tourism, or the interests of the Republic of Korea, who has separately obtained entry permission as prescribed by Presidential Decree

- A person who leaves Korea after issuing a refugee travel certificate and enters Korea before the validity period expires

3. Visa Application Fee for Each Visa Type (only by bank-transfer)

- Single-entry visa for 90 days or less of staying         : (from 1 JULY 2023) 36.00 EUR

- Single-entry visa for 91 days or more of staying      : (from 1 JULY 2023) 54.00 EUR

* Fee depends on your nationality. You must check the attached file in case to see If your visa fee is adjusted or exempted.

** Multiple-entry visa (81eur) and Double-entry visa(63eur) are issued only for specific cases. Please submit visa fee according to your visa type details on Visa Portal (click).
